新华社哈尔滨2月21日电北京冬奥会冠军任子威日前在哈尔滨市参加当地举办的北京冬奥会闭幕一周年座谈会上表示，展望2026年米兰-科尔蒂纳丹佩佐冬奥会，他的目标是“争金夺银”。
“走下领奖台，就是重新开始。冬奥会结束以来，我有了许多新的经历，自己在心理上也更加成熟。”北京冬奥会短道速滑混合团体接力、男子1000米两枚金牌得主任子威在接受新华社记者专访时说。
本赛季，任子威由于伤病原因没有出战国际比赛，主要进行一些康复训练。“如果训练成绩不理想或是身体状态不佳，很容易陷入一个自我怀疑的阶段，这个时候没人能帮你。”任子威说，永远不要怀疑自己，只有自己才能把身体调整到最佳状态。现在，他已经基本恢复并重新投入训练之中。任子威告诉记者，下个赛季他将重返赛场。
对于接下来的备战，任子威充满自信。“我想把自己的水平提升到更高水准，以最好的身体状态去迎接所有的比赛。”任子威说，接下来的每一个时间段自己都有对应目标，“比如下个阶段是把世界杯打好，然后把冬运会打好，再大的目标肯定就是世锦赛、奥运会了。”他说，只有继续完善自己，把自己水平提升得更高，冲击奖牌的概率才会增加。
“接下来新的目标是希望在米兰赛场上争金夺银。”任子威说。
